What’s better than a great cookbook that also happens to be well designed? Not much. As my collection grows, I’m drawing some of my favorites. I’m currently reading Samin Nosrat’s Salt Fat Acid Heat.  It might be more of a textbook than a cook book—but it’s a treat either way.
